How long we keep information

Where you are a customer, RCM will keep your information for the duration of any contractual relationship you have with us, and, to where permitted, after the end of that relationship for as long as necessary to perform the purposes set out in this policy. 

We will retain this data data about your visits to our websites or applications for five years. 

Where laws require us to hold certain information for specific periods, we will do so. We may also retain information for an appropriate period after any relationship with you ends to administer our business or protect ourselves from legal claims.
